एक प्रश्न के उत्तर में राहुल गांधी ने कहा- कहा गया है कि कॉन्स्पीरेसी है, ये कोई रैंडम इवेंट नहीं था, कॉन्स्पीरेसी थी, षड़यंत्र था। और काफी ऑब्वियस (स्पष्ट) है कि कॉन्स्पीरेसी किसने की और कैसे की। हम पार्लियामेंट हाउस में डिस्कशन करना चाहते हैं। हम मंत्री जी का इस्तीफा चाहते हैं, मगर सरकार बहस नहीं करने दे रही है। एक अन्य प्रश्न पर कि आपको लगता है कि इस रिपोर्ट के बाद अब सरकार इस पर एक्शन लेगी और आप लोगों की जो लगातार मांग है कि केन्द्रीय गृह राज्यमंत्री को रेजिग्नेशन देना चाहिए, क्या वो होगा, गांधी ने कहा कि वो तो हम दबाव डालेंगे। दबाव डालेंगे, तो होगा, मगर इशू ये है कि कॉन्स्पीरेसी हुई है, षड़यंत्र हुआ है। किसानों की हत्या की गई है और कहा जा रहा है कि मंत्री इन्वॉल्वड है। प्रधानमंत्री मंत्री को जानते हैं, उनके मंत्रिमंडल में हैं, मगर प्रधानमंत्री इसके बारे में कुछ नहीं कह रहे हैं। एक तरफ किसानों से माफी मांगते हैं, दूसरी तरफ, जब कंपंसेशन की बात आती है, तो नहीं देते हैं और जो हत्यारा है, जिसने मारा है, उसको कैबिनेट में रखा हुआ है। तो हम ये मुद्दा पार्लियामेंट में उठाना चाहते हैं, मगर वो इज़ाज़त नहीं दे रहे हैं।
एक अन्य प्रश्न पर कि सरकार की तरफ से भी केन्द्रीय मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने बयान दिया कि जब मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चल रहा है तो यहाँ डिस्कशन का कोई मतलब नहीं बनता , क्या कहेंगे, गांधी ने कहा कि ये किसने कहा है, ये कौन सा लॉजिक है। यहां पर जो भी डिस्कशन करवाना चाहते हैं, करवा सकते हैं।एक अन्य प्रश्न पर कि आपको लगता है कि न्याय बाहर निकलकर आएगा, श्री गांधी ने कहा- नहीं। जब मैं गया था, मैंने वहाँ वायदा किया था कि देखिए, चाहे कुछ भी हो जाए, हम दबाव डालकर न्याय दिलवाएंगे। तो बिना दबाव के, बिना संघर्ष के न्याय नहीं होगा। जैसे हमने तब कहा था कि ये तीन काले कानून वापस लेने पड़ेंगे, वही हुआ? (रिपोर्टर्स ने कहा- बिल्कुल) वैसे ही, मैं कह रहा हूँ, अंत में, ये जो मंत्री है, इसको इस्तीफा देना पड़ेगा और हम इसको छोड़ेंगे नहीं, जब तक ये जेल में नहीं जाएंगे। चाहे 5 साल लग जाएं, 10 साल लग जाएं, 15 साल लग जाएं, जब तक ये जेल नहीं जाएगा, हम इसको छोड़ेंगे नहीं।मंत्री अजय टेनी के इस्तीफे और उत्तर प्रदेश की राजनाति को लेकर पूछे एक अन्य प्रश्न के उत्तर में श्री गांधी ने कहा कि सच्चाई की लड़ाई है।
On another question that how do you see the report on Lakhimpur Kheri incident, Shri Gandhi said- It has been said that it is a conspiracy. It is obviously a conspiracy. Everybody knows who is involved. Everybody knows whose son is involved. Everybody knows who was there, when these farmers were killed? The gentleman is a Minister! We want the Minister to resign. We want a discussion in the Parliament, the Prime Minister refuses and they are making all sorts of excuses, because they don’t want to accept the truth.
On another question that do you believe that action will be taken from the Government side, Shri Gandhi said- Depending on how much pressure we put, action will be taken. We had said that the farm laws will be taken back, everybody put pressure, the farmers put pressure, we put pressure, the laws were taken back.
So, we are going to put pressure and we are going to ensure that this criminal, who is a Minister…, eventually resigns and justice is done.
On another question that do you want discussion in the house, Shri Gandhi said- Government does not want any discussion in the house that exposes them, that exposes their actions. They will come up with whatever excuses they can.
On another question Shri Gandhi said- Please, don’t try to distract the issue. The issue is the discussion in Parliament. The issue is that there is a Minister and there is a conspiracy and that Minister is ‘not resigning’, that is the issue! Don’t try and side track to distract.
